HISTORY & VISION
Founded by missionaries Dr. Edward Kim and Rev. Jian Kim, Education Training Australia-Korea Inc. (ET Inc.) was established with the mission to share and spread the love of Jesus within the community, embracing the values of “Encourage one another, love one another, and help your neighbors.”

Incorporated as a non-profit organization (NEP) in 2010, ET Inc. received official approval (IA38302) from the Australian government. The organization's vision is to develop and equip leaders who can serve the global community by providing educational and training services, while fostering a spirit of love and service toward others
We began our activities in 2010 as a non-profit foundation officially recognized by the Australian government (IA38302). Our vision is to cultivate leaders who can serve the international community through education and training services and sharing love for our neighbors.
WHAT WE DO
As an official representative of the Australian government, we collaborate with the Ministry of Justice, the National Police Agency, educational institutions, and Cairns City Hall to ensure the safe settlement of young Koreans coming to Cairns for language training and working holidays, as well as supporting the local Korean community and migrants from diverse cultural backgrounds. Additionally, our Community Care Service Team assists local residents by leveraging their professional expertise and fostering cooperation

SERVICES
Education & Mentoring
Dr. Edward Kim, former dean of the Australian National University and Behavioral Psychology Education Research Program, is serving the field. We specialize in assisting teenagers and young adults from non-English-speaking backgrounds in successfully adapting to life in Australia. Our services include regular one-on-one mentoring, focused on helping students navigate their cultural transition and thrive in their new environment. We provide personalized counseling to help individuals uncover their core motivations and craft a vision for their future. Through tailored mentoring, we ensure that this vision translates into a clear direction and actionable steps, optimizing their journey toward their goals. Additionally, we offer support in identifying specific study paths and creating effective academic plans. For young people on working holidays, we offer valuable guidance to help them adjust to an unfamiliar culture and workplace. In collaboration with the Department of Home Affairs, we provide essential information about local life, legal matters, and updates on current news, offering regular seminars to keep them informed.
Dr. Edward Kim, former Dean of the Australian National University and the Behavioral Psychology Education and Research Program, serves the field. He provides individual counseling to motivate individuals to discover their hidden potential and discover their vision. He also provides mentoring to optimize the detailed journey toward achieving their life goals. He also helps them identify specific study directions and plans. To help young people on working holiday visas adapt to unfamiliar cultures and workplaces, he collaborates with the Department of Home Affairs to provide accurate information on local life and regulations, and he regularly holds seminars to provide up-to-date updates.
SERVICES
Community Care Service
Through the volunteer program (Happy Donkey: Free luggage transportation service, mental health counseling: Gonggam County Selling, Meal Service, Car Wash Service, Music Healing Service, etc.), we visit the elderly living alone, the underprivileged, and those who raise their young children alone and provide the services they need as good friends. We also provide free legal and administrative support and airport pickup services to help local residents and Koreans.
지역사회 어려운 분들을 실질적으로 찾아가 돕는 자원봉사프로그램(해피동키 : 무료 짐 운반서비스, 정신건강상담 : 공감카운셀링, 식사봉사, 차 세차봉사, 음악힐링봉사 등)을 통해, 혼자 사시는 노약자분들이나, 소외된 분들, 그리고 어린자녀들을 혼자 키우시는 분들, 경제적으로 어려운 분들을 찾아가 선한친구로서 이들이 필요한 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다. 또한 무료법률 및 행정지원, 공항픽업 둥의 서비스로 지역사회주민과 한국교민을 돕습니다.

Togla Christian Conference Center
Located in Tolga, 800m above sea level in the clean area of Tableland, an hour and a half from Cairns, the missionary home is helping visitors recover as God created through rest and recharging.
Located in Tolga, a 7,000-square-foot missionary home in the pristine Tablelands, an hour and a half from Cairns, at an altitude of 800 meters, we help visitors to rest and recharge, restoring their original form as God intended through programs such as seminars, prayer meetings, and retreats.

Asia-Pacific Mission
Since 2013, Christian leaders in Cairns have united to host weekly joint prayer meetings through the Cairns Prayer Network. Today, we have expanded our reach, forging strong worship and prayer partnerships with nations across the Asia-Pacific region, including Korea, the Philippines, Thailand, Japan, Timor-Leste, South Pacific island nations, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, and the indigenous peoples of Australia.Through this alliance, we are committed to prayerfully discerning a sustainable mission strategy to spread the gospel across Asia and the Pacific, reaching the ends of the earth. Currently, we are hosting discipleship training seminar at the Tolga Conference Centre, inviting young Christians from the Asia-Pacific region to deepen their faith and grow in their walk with Jesus.
2013년부터 케언즈 크리스천 리더들이 함께 모여 Cairns Prayer Network 연합기도회를 매주 개최하고 있습니다. 이제는 아시아 태평양지역, 한국, 필리핀, 태국, 일본, 동티모르, 그리고 남태평양 지역 섬나라, 파푸아뉴기니, 피지 그리고 호주 원주민들과 서로 연합하여 예배하며 기도하는 관계로 발전이 되었습니다. 이를 통해 아시아 태평양 땅끝까지로 복음을 펼치기 위한, 지속가능한 선교 방향을 모색하며 기도하고 있으며, 아시아 태평양 지역 크리스천 청년들을 케언즈선교관으로 초대하여, 예수제자훈련 게더링 세미나를 운영하고 있습니다.
